Los faros eran buenos guías no sólo para los navegantes, sino para la sociedad. Un faro evocaba la prudencia, debido a que su avistamiento requería cautela en las acciones. Era inclusivo, ya que su destello podía ser visto y utilizado por cualquiera. Era igualitario, porque no importando su belleza o complejidad, su función era igualmente necesaria. No obstante los faros han sido desplazados por la modernidad, al igual que sus valores.

A pesar de ser bastante disperso, ya encontré como pararme ante la vida. Mi padre me dijo una vez, "cuando todos estén mirando de pie, tú mira de cabeza". Es difícil porque es antinatural. La sangre se te va a la testa y el cuerpo pide que vuelvas a la posición original, al igual que la sociedad. Ah!!! como este país es de cartón, no de concreto, tengo dos Master: En Ciencia Política y en Políticas Públicas(c).
